Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.

Hours are published for 3 days a week. Typical hours are 1–8 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach MEOW PLANET at (832) 387-1961; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is meow-planet.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Missouri City is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Missouri City is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS “CAT CAFE”. This whole establishment just screams breeding mill. Literally walking in, the stench gives away what poor conditions these poor cats are in. Immediately at the door were kittens in a small playpen with litter all over them. There is only a double door with no space between to keep the cats from getting out. The “lounge” is in quite a sorry state. The cats all there looked miserable, that you could feel how pitiful their situation is in. All of them have the squished face and their eyes seem to be poorly cared for. Their coat seemed fine as if they’ve been shampooed, but petting them, you could feel how skinny they all are even though all their bowls were full of food. There was even a cat that didn’t even seem like a year old and is PREGNANT. These cats are not being spayed/neutered. And almost ALL these cats are still kittens! Cat cafes are supposed to be socializing rescue cats for adoption and should be spayed/neutered/vaccinated. Even on their release waiver, it states that THE CATS MAY NOT BE VACCINATED. These poor kittens deserve better. Please SUPPORT REAL CAT CAFES like El Gato and Cat Haven Lounge instead of this front for a breeder. We wer

I honestly feel bad seeing negative reviews about this place, because I think they are very unfair. I don’t think it is right to compare cat cafés in the United States with cat cafés in Japan or other countries. Yes, we all know that the idea of cat cafés originally came from Japan, and we understand why they became popular there. But cat cafés in America are very different. I have visited around a hundred different cat cafés across the United States because I travel often, and believe me, I have a lot to compare this place with. I regularly visit these places and leave reviews. I started doing this because my beloved cat was stolen, and I am still searching for him. It makes me very sad that I don’t have my cat with me, so I often go to different cat cafés just to be around cats. This place is unique in its own way, and it is truly clean. Yes, there is a cat smell. Yes, there is some litter box smell. But that happens because some spaces naturally hold odors, even when they are well maintained and very clean. The cats here are extremely well cared for. They are clean, healthy, and loved. When you pet them for a long time, your hands still stay clean. They don’t shed excessivel

It’s a great place to chill and relax! I have a cat at home, so I decided to see how other cats behave. They give you a squeeze treat, that’s including with the price. Though, cats will fight over treats 😭 It is a shame that they don’t like to be pet, and there is very limited variety and types of cats. Fun experience, but most likely wouldn’t go again.

Great service and the cats are all friendly. A lot of weird people come on here to shame on this business, but I know they are just crazy. They yell adopt but don't adopt themselves. If you want to adopt so much then adopt some children. We are over populated too. Anyways, go here! Great service 5/5 great cats 5/5 great experience 5/5. Does NOT smell like cat urine. You go to the zoo and complain it smells like animal poop too? No idea why this place would have bad reviews. Money goes to caring for these cats. They have proper food and water. They even have a personal area they can go sleep at without lights.

Loved all the cats, but I am concerned for their welfare. 1. Urine smell is very strong upon walking in 2. Too much hair coming from them and dried feces on fur (they need to be brushed daily and wiped down) 3. Many of the cats had a wheezing/breathing problem (probably from improper grooming) 4. 20+ cats with only 1 water station, 1 feeding bowl, and 1 litter box (their saliva was very sticky, which is a sign of dehydration) 5. Cats left overnight in same room with no lights on Additionally, the employee who was working had advertised that the owner is selling kittens for $1,500 each. This gave me more insight into this place, it is both a cat lounge and a place for the owner to breed/sell cats. I don’t have the best opinion on breeders and oftentimes they are in it for the money, which is what it seemed like was happening here based on their living conditions. Overall, it seems like a cool concept and allows people to see specific cat breeds you don’t often see in shelters. However, I am most worried about the welfare of the cats and hope that these conditions improve for the cats’ sake. They should not have that many cats if they cannot properly take care of each of them dail
